Q: What sizes do your paintings come in? What sizes do your paintings come in? A: Most of my paintings are in standard sizes. 16 x 20 is the most popular size. I also do 8 x 10, 11 x 14 and 9 x 12. I do offer other sizes as well, so please contact me me if you need another size. Q: I am interested in buying a painting, can I pick my own colors to coordinate with my childs room? The paintings on my website are just examples of some of the things I have done. They are actually not for for sale as they have already been sold. Q: I am interested in the 3 piece monogram. A: The 3 piece monogram comes in 2 sizes. The small size is an 11 x 14 middle letter and an 8 x 10 on the sides. The large size is a 16 x 20 as the middle letter and 11 x 14's on the sided. In the monograms I like to use the lightest color choice as the base color and then do the dots in a darker color. The standard letter color is black, but you can choose another color if you like, it just has to be dark enough to show up over the other two colors. Q: Do you make all of your own jewelry? Do you make all of your own jewelry? A: No, I don't make all of it. I buy fashion jewelry and I make some by hand. If it is handmade it will be clearly marked as handmade. I don't want to take credit for something I didn't do. Q: Is your handmade jewerly made out of sterling silver? Is your handmade jewerly made out of sterling silver? A: No, I don't use sterling silver for my handmade jewelry. I could, but the prices would be much higher. I do use quality beads and findings, so the jewelry I make should last. Q: What forms of payment do you accept? What forms of payment do you accept? A: We accept checks, money orders and credit cards through Paypal. You do not have to have a Paypal account in order to pay by credit card and this site is very secure. Checks and money orders are required to be recieved within 5 days. Orders will not be processed until payment is recieved. We are now happy to announce that we accept credit cards (Visa, MC, American Express, and Discover) through our secure server. You may now pay with a credit card without having to go through Paypal. Q: Do you accept returns? Do you accept returns? A: Personalized items cannot by resold, as they are made for you, therefore we do not accept them as returns. Jewelry may only be returned if it was recieved broken. Paintings cannot be returned whether they are personalized or not. Please contact us for special instructions before returning any item. Shipping charges cannot be reimbursed. All returns need to be in new condition. Q: Privacy Policy and General Terms Privacy Policy and General Terms A: On A Whimsy promises we will never to share your information with anyone. We respect your right to privacy and only send out email notifications when they have been requested. On a Whimsy never keeps your contact or financial information once your order is complete. General Terms -Payment I accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and eChecks though PayPal. Please double check your orders before they are submitted, but if there is an error please contact me within 12 hours of ordering to be sure the problem is corrected. -Guarantee All of our products and services are guaranteed to be the way you order them.
